A total of 120 hours of the curriculum.<\/p><p>Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.<\/p><p>The training is held in Serbian language.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-83165b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"83165b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><u>The curriculum includes the following areas<\/u>:<\/p><ul><li>Building sommelier`s character traits<\/li><li>History of wine<\/li><li>Viticulture, vinification process, bottle, cap&#8230;<\/li><li>Sensory analysis of wine<\/li><li>Wine storage<br \/>Sales, wine list<\/li><li>Recommendation, presentation, opening, dissolution and pouring of wine<\/li><li>Wine regions: Serbia, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Macedonia, Montenegro, Croatia, Herzegovina, Slovenia, USA, Chile, Argentina, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand&#8230;<\/li><li>Gastronomy, wine &amp; food pairing<\/li><li>Bar and bar business<\/li><li>Cigars<\/li><li>Wine service practical exercises.<\/li><\/ul><p>During the training, as part of the teaching program, visits to wineries are organized where lectures on wine production and pairing of wine and food are held (from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). According to the plan, four to six wineries are visited. Some of them are: Kova\u010devi\u0107, Deuri\u0107, Radovanovi\u0107, Aleksandrovi\u0107, PIK Oplenac, Zvonko Bogdan, Temet, Tonkovi\u0107, Virtus, Janko, Cili\u0107, Oskar Maurer, etc.<\/p><p><u>The training includes<\/u>:<\/p><ul><li>Handbook<\/li><li>Wine tasting (at least 120 labels)<\/li><li>Tasting of distillates (at least 30 labels)<\/li><li>Transportation Belgrade &#8211; winery \u2013 Belgrade<\/li><li>Wine and food pairing in the wineries<\/li><li>Taking an exam.<\/li><\/ul><p><u>After passing the written &#8211; practical exam, the student acquires<\/u>:<\/p><ul><li>Certificate Sommelier SERSA level 3, which is recognized throughout the hospitality and tourism industry in the world. It is also recognized by the International Sommelier Association &#8211; <em>Association de la Sommellerie Internationale \u2013 ASI<\/em><\/li><li>Cover letter in Serbian and English<\/li><li>SERSA badge.<\/li><\/ul><p>At the very beginning of the training, each training participant signs an application form, thus becoming a full member of the Serbian Sommelier Association.<\/p><p><strong>Price:
