The ASI diploma represents a prestigious exam through which the International Sommelier Association (Association de la Sommellerie Internationale) – ASI certifies the knowledge and skills of sommeliers around the world.
The exam is held once a year and involves a comprehensive assessment of the candidate’s theoretical knowledge, as well as their skills in wine service and knowledge of wine and food pairing.
This year’s candidate for the ASI diploma was Jelisaveta Stanojević, a member of the Association of Sommeliers of Serbia and a holder of the ASI Level 1 certificate since last year.
Jelisaveta demonstrated on this demanding exam that with hard work and dedication, remarkable results can be achieved. She passed the exam and attained the highest level – Gold level.
